Has been a very enjoyable boat until it started taking on water at the dock. No problem when underway, and bilge pump kept up with leak at dock, but took it to the shop to fix. They found the two hoses that led to the outboard had problems...the main exhaust split and the shaft hose with leaks. Taking it apart further, the mechanic found the bearings around the shaft were close to gone, which accounted for the grinding sound when making sharp turns. The mechanic in my little town, even with the help of the internet, could not find the parts so I am selling a good trailer and a nice hull. If you are creative or have the ability to create parts, you have it made. Otherwise, there is a pretty nice trailer and the mechanic said the lower unit was about $700 by itself, No reserve and if you are in Louisiana, I will even include the perpetual license plate for the trailer.
