Wondering more about what kind of sand conditions you were running into on the Platte? We've been thinking about buying a SJX for use on the Wisconsin River below the Prairie Du Sac Dam. The river bottom varies considerably due to sand bars. Our conditions change from 8-10' deep to 2-3" of water over a sand bar in seconds. Your thoughts?
