Boat is located in Connelly, NY (Kingston) at the Rondout Yacht Club, 90 miles north of NYC, (fresh water). Displcement is 16,500 lbs. Keel is 6500 lbs, PHRF 108. Dutchman full batten Main. Sails are in good condition for cruising. Racing not so much.Has most everything you would expect on a boat of this type. Engine was replaced in 2014 (Volvo D1-20) with Max-Prop feathering propeller. Running Back stays, 2 Lewmar 55 3 speed primary winches, 6 cabin top smaller winches, spinnaker pole, sheet cars, hydraulic backstay, tiller steered, sail comp, 3000 watt inverter, charger, Autohelm ST2000 tiller pilot, with remote, new shore power cord,and much more.Interior has been redone. 3 burner FORCE10 stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, air conditioning (shore power only), even a toaster. V-berth cushion new last year, other cushions done few years back, floor has been redone with 3/4" Dry-Ply and carpeting. New bilge pumps installed 2 months ago. Continuous running dehumidifier while away from boat.
