Palm Beach Marinecraft

Located on Chub Lake in Carlton, MN. It came with the house when I moved here 4 years ago. The original owner showed me how to use it but I just never got around to it. It initially had the brown motor on it, and it did work at the time. I tried to get it running 2 years ago but it was a no go. I don't know anything about this stuff so I really couldn't tell you what it needs. It'll most likely have to be towed to the public access across the lake and then tuned up. The pics of it on the lake are from 2 years ago - it floated then and I'll guarantee it still does. Not sure what year it is, I'm guessing 1984-ish. Also, I have no title for it.
