Is this boat trailerable without a special permit ? It appears to be set up for I/O's. Could you put brackets and outboards on it ? What are all the holes running down the sides for ? How much cuddy is in the front ? Open area in the cockpit and how much more open area would you gain buy taking out the engine compartment ?
