We have moved and she has been on dry dock since 2018 on the ICW so easy to drive away. To large to haul or she would be here with us! Fresh water boat, exceptional build quality. One motor fresh total rebuild, both motors run great. Genset runs great (perkins) but not hooked to the panel (moved before I had a chance) so if I was driving away, I would set temp generator on bow for the trip to new home. She has new heads although one isn't hooked up yet. Has been sitting for over a year now in a very nice marina, but she definitely can use a bath and TLC. Has too many features to list, some will need to be gone through I'm sure...but all there. Has furnace with PEK tubing as well as reverse heat/air, also has fresh water maker that I have never used. 1000 pound davit, great underwater lights and huge rear salon aft deck for entertaining. I cannot tell you how great the layout is! Has a few woodwork wrinkles here and there from sitting and little leaks that need caulk. Boat is a steal!

A great live aboard, coastal cruiser or island hopper, this Novatec Islander features a great layout with its open salon, separate dinette area, ample galley space and spacious staterooms each with ensuit heads. The exterior has wide side decks, a large air conditioned aft deck, spacious bridge with plenty of seating and roomy cockpit, great for fishing, diving or just hanging out.

Last in water in 2018, should be ready to go. Needs TLC from sitting, but all there and exceptional build quality. Generator there and runs, but not wired into the panel. I would put temp gas generator on bow and hook to shore power for trip to new home. I would not be afraid to take her anywhere. A good bath, some wax and tinkering will give you a beautiful boat for pennies on the dollar. A diamond in the rough.

Bid to own, winning bid owns her, so go look before you bid and have your money in hand. I have over $300 in her and asked $249 when first listed...time sitting is never good for a boat, so she has to go.

I will consider partial trades that might be of interest to me. I will consider 'quick cash' offers, but please be real. This is a large boat by fresh water standards but she is quiet easy to drive in part from her excellent design and rear helm for docking.
