Owner is going out of the country for an extended period of time and must move this quickly, priced to do so. All engines run very well. This vessel is documented with the USCG and is in the water in South Tampa, FL. We lived on this vessel for many years and we recentlytook a job that is taking us out of the country for a while. We are wholesaling the boat "as is" to move it as quickly as possible. The same vessel is listed on several sites for high 90's and isn't as lovely as this is, so bid away! I had yachts all my life, and I have to say this one was my favorite due to the layout, space, woodwork, and storage. It has high ceilings 6'5" so if you are a taller person you are not ducking down. I've owned boats for over 30 years and this feels more like a 50-55 foot boat inside. It even haswhat we called thegarage (storage) up in the fly bridge that is absolutely huge. You will not need to get rid of all your "stuff" to move aboard! This has 2 staterooms, 2 heads, Aft Cabin is Master with a Queen and tons of drawers, cabinets, and closet space, Head has separate shower and entire head area was remodeled with tile, stone, granite, and vessel sink. Walking up from the aft cabin into the salon we put wood blinds in and valances, wine rack and wine glass rack, Italian leather couch and loveseat, designer wool carpet, TV, two ottomans that also convert to coffee tables for entertaining. inside helm in salon for cruising on those days you want to be inside.Walking Galley down we put in granite countertops and table, newcushions around the table that seats six, opposite side we bought a new ACDC Vitrifrigo Refrigerator/Freezer (so no need torun generator while you are out to keep frigrunning), Princess 3 burner stove, deep twin stainless steel sink. Moving forward to the forward stateroom there is adesk on onside and a chair that swings out. Storage galore and the opposite side is a twin bed on bottom and full on top. You can convert the full bed to drop down and creating a couch and office environment. Second head is attached with new tile and granite countertops with vessel sink. It is a great layout! Going up from the salon to the upper sundeck there is a stair with railing and you can open that door into the sundeck and close the two side doors in the sundeck and have another enclosed, rain free area for entertaining. The sundeck includes rattan furniture bought at Pier One, granite countertop on bar area, Bar refrigerator, Bar ice maker, Bar cabinet with glass holder and bottle holder with smoked sliding doors. All cleaning and safety equipment will be included. Going from the Sundeck up one more level to the fly bridge seating 8-10 people and a corner tiled table. Upper helm has fairly new captains chair. This boat does lack new electronics and working electronics. I had no need to replace them because I used a portable GPS/Chartplotter and so all I needed was RPM, Temp, Depth, etc. which is on the boat. So don't expect any working electronics, that will be something you will want to purchase on your own. I just had the enclosure made for the upper deck late last December, so it is new.We pulled the boat out 3 years ago and did a bottom job, painted the hull with Awgrip (the best) and it is beautiful. I have attach those pics so you can see the shape of the bottom and what we did. We also did the stripping, the boat was all white when we bought it. My diver says the bottom still looks great and recently said I can get another year or two out of it.I have most of the receiptswith work I did on it for the past 5 years we have owned her.Fuel tanks hold 500 Gallons, Water 300 Gallons, Windlass, New Anchor, New Hatch in Forward Stateroom, New hatch bought but not installed for aft cabin (nothing leaks, just wanted to replace it with something better. Granite countertops through out, Electric Heads,New Raritan PuraSanwaste system with holding tank (allows you to process waste and safelyput into water) this system uses either salt or fresh water, New Spotlight not installed, new frig in bar, new lights in salon, new lights in Sundeck, and much more.Call with any questions phone
