Engine was overhauled in approx 2007. Since then, engine only turned over<5 times and never put to river. Engine not started in last 9 years. Battery bank still going strong...powers 12V interior lighting. Additional 110V outlets throughout boat when at port. Inverter can run 110V for limited period depending on load.
Two aluminum hulls are in excellent condition (pontoons seen in "BEST PIC" image...sewage holding tank of about 50 gallons in stern port pontoon compartment. Total displacement probably 30-40 tons. Unleaded gasoline tank mounted forward of engine in compartment above water.
The equipment exists to use filtration while cruising on lake. Three step filtration claims to remove all bacteria and viruses. One filter froze and broke during winter so filtration disassembled as reliance on lake water is not an issue.
2009 Damage
Boat broke moorings and hit dock. Upper deck, port bow corner, starboard railing (used to secure electrical cord still connected to shore.
Railing detached due to bending damage where rail meets flybridge venturi(wind deflector of the flybridge).
Upper deck venturi has been unsecured from deck to access upper port deck corner for repairs; unfinished.
2017 Damage
4 SF section of deck above refrigerator began to leak and was removed/replaced with temporary waterproofing
Chronic Deterioration-Decks
Stern upper deck (6-8 SF)beginning to rot and needs to be replaced
Stern lower deck fiberglass peeling and exposed wooden deck deteriorating (140 SF).
Port & Starboard decking has been repaired but never refiberglassed...need new wood (35-40 SF)
Bow upper deck corner (10 SF)
Bow lower deck center deterioration above gangway ramp (10 SF)
Deck skirting both decks need replacement (75 SF)
Fiberglass cracking and peeling all decks and upper hull
Leak-Shower
Leak developed behind bathroom bulkhead at shower faucets. Water from shore turned off and leak never investigated further.
Water Heater
Original on-demand system replaced with a unit than required more pressure than was delivered by replacement. Operation discontinued and operational status unknown but unlikely to be functional.
Stove/Oven/Fridge
Appliances powered by propane when afloat; fridge can be powered by electricity at dock. Stove and fridge are fully functional but oven never worked. Probably simple connection fix but I do not bake. Microwave in kitchen to be removed.
Furniture
Bookcase, black chair, and bedfoam to be removed. Futon will be donated with boat. Storage units on upper deck to be removed EXCEPT for one storage unit that contains life preservers for party of 16.
Boatramp/Gangway
Add boat ramp to features; boat is powered to shore bowfirst, cleats roped to shore anchors, and ramp extended manually onto shore for picnic access.
