Boat sleeps 4 comfortably 2 in upper queen bunk and 2 in fold out futon bed in main part of cabin Air Conditioner with heat replaced in 2013Roofs had new rubber installed in 2013Decks are all solid and new marine vinyl flooring was installed in 2015Boat is in good working condition all plumbing and electrical work as they should.Interior is in good shape everything functions as it should.Aluminum Boat hull could use a paint job but is not necessary as it wont rust. a few small dings in hull from docking late one night does not affect the boat, boat does not leak Hull is sound.Transom is sound with no cracks.Motor runs great looks like new and has low hours. Trailer is in good working order, hubs on wheels are in good shape have been greased regularly.4 Tires on trailer look like new and have good tread.
