I AM LISTING THIS BOAT FOR MY PARENTS. They have owned the boatfora little over a year and have realized they justdon't use it like they want to, due to health issues.These boats are perfect for navigating the great loop, weekends on the water or just a casual afternoon cruise (she is easily trailerable and includes a trailer).The engine was always thoroughly flushed after each use.Speaking of the engine you have a 2002 Honda 50hp 4-Stroke with only 172 hours. It runs like new and is very fuel efficient.The sale does include a portable Honda 2,000 Watt Generator that is stored above on the aft deck. It also has a residential style air condition that runs off of A/C power or the portable generator so you'll have cool nights at anchor!!There is a FULL canvasenclosure for the aft deck area. Canvas is in excellent condition.You have a complete electronics package aboard which includes:Garmin GPSmap 183c color chartplotterStandard Horizon VHFRaytheon L265 Depth/FishfinderRaymarine Autopilot (installed but not working)Aft you have the dinette which folds down to a berth, forward of that is the head with holding tank and shower. To port, you have the galley with alcohol/electric single burner stovetop, freshwater sink and below a fridge/freezer that was nice and cold.Boat also comes with a trailer and is road worthy now.There autopilot does not work nor does the water heater.
