The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office is auctioning a surplus 2007 36' Newtonboat. This vessel has afiberglass reinforced plastic laminate constructed hull. It is a modified "V" style planninghull with hard chine. There is anenclosed climate controlled cabin with two roof mounted air conditioning units which provide both hot and cold temperature settings. The forward bow area gives ample storage with bi-level shelving as well as an enclosed head. The vessel is also equipped with a covered fly bridge which includes a second helm. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages - special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

Inspection.Property offered for saleis used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Biddersare encouraged to inspect and determine the condition of property prior to bidding. Inspectionswill be available by appointment only, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00a.m. - 3:00p.m. (CST). Appointmentsare to bemade by sendingan email to stpsoclassifieds email.

Removal.Purchase will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.Property must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of receipt of payment and will beby appointment only. Successful bidders are responsible for packing, loading, removing and transportingof all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated in description. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office assume responsibility for packing, loading or transporting.A daily storage fee of $50.00 may be charged for any awarded item not removed within the 10 business days allowed.
