Navigator 4200 Pilothouse/Motoryacht

anchoring out in the bay at your leisure. We have the powerboat that

will do it all. Whether you want to live aboard or just take a few weeks

to stay on the water, this well-built powerboat is just what you need. One of the very few California built yachts left on the market that has

low hours and is in great condition. The twin Detroit diesels only have

720 hours on them and are always maintained. These engines are the lower

horsepower so fuel mileage is alot better and you can still cruise at

16-18 knots! It has a good size salon with hardwood floors and

galley/helm with tile floor (this is a pilothouse yacht) featuring a 42

inch flatscreen TV and couch in the salon. It has dual stove burners

with the NorCold refrigerator as well as a huge wrap around galley table

and seat in the galley. Has lots of storage and we cook all our meals

easily as we do live aboard. This Navigator has a nice step down hallway leading into two staterooms

with the master bedroom featuring a queen bed, electric flush toilet and

shower. The second stateroom has a double bed with vacuflush toilet and

another shower. It also has AC and heat in the master bedroom as it

circulates very well around the whole boat!!!!!!!The cockpit has enough room to lounge and swim as well as a small swim

step on the back of the cockpit. The cockpit also has a hatch leading

down into the engine room. Moving up top, the flybridge (which has

plenty of seating) is a great place to come home and relax with a

beverage and entertain with your friends as well as cruise around on

those hot sunny days. It does come with a Electric Crane/Davit,Dingy

w/outboard so you can get to shore if needed while anchoring in your

favorite spot. I can't say enough how clean our yacht is and we try our best to keep it

in great condition. The hull paint was just done in 2012/2013 and is

cleaned every month by a diver and is still in great condition which

should last you for a few more years. It is not perfect by any means but

we are moving out of the boating life and into a home so we are looking

to sell very quickly. We are very motivated and if someone is extremely interested we will
