1998 Myacht 4310 Houseboat1 Br. with queen size bed, full bathroom with a electra-scan waste removal system, stand up shower, large living room with New couch. 32" flat screen TV with Surround sound and DVD, Full size kitchen with Gas stove & Oven, Microwave. Full size Fridge with freezer, New Air Condition, Has 2 Mercury 50hp 4-stroke motors ( Both motor runs but will require a little maintenance ). Has a New Honda 3000 watt generator that runs everything. Up stairs is open with a Tiki Bar and outside furniture that will stay with the boat. Down stairs it has a large patio area in front of boat with grill and out door furniture. The boat is on Pontoons with with recent bottom paint. Boat is located in Homeport Marina at LuLu's Restaurant in Gulf Shores Al. . Slips are available . I have lived on the boat for 3 years and has been a great live-aboard.
