Divorce forces sale. This classic Morton Johnson 38' Trawler for you. The current owner has had the bilge pumps replaced, as well as some wiring done and oil checked (analyzed) and changed. The motor starts right up and shifts. The boat itself has not left its slip for over a year. Generator starts right up and runs, just have to jump start it because the battery is bad. The original hull is wood, but has been professionally recapped with roving and fiberglass below the waterline by Northman's Marine in December of 2015. Please look at the boat out of the water pictures. There are no noticeable leaks in the hull. I haven't noticed any leaks in the cap but the boat trawler is parked under an awning. You should figure you are getting a cheap, diesel powered, running trawler thats going to need some TLC. Please look at the pictures to see the condition. This is a classic, 14' wide Trawler with great lines that will make someone a great livaboard.

This classic Morton Johnson 38' Trawler is powered by a single Ford 120HP. 6- cylinder diesel with Barr manifold and fresh water system. Borg Warner marine transmission with 2.5:1 reduction gear attached driving a 26" 3 blade propeller through a 1 1/2" stainless shaft. Who knows what the hours are. There's a hot tub that you see in the pictures that is included, the small outboard that you see is NOT. I have 3 short Videos I took yesterday that show the motor running, shifting and the oil pressure that I would be happy to text to you. text me at phone to get them.In my opinion, you will want to replace the furniture and carpet in the salon and spruce things up which is easy to do. There is some expected barnacle growth on the hull can be scraped for a reasonable price.Represented with a free and clear Florida title. As I am actively trying to sell this boat, I reserve the right to sell it locally weather there are bids on it or not. I need to sell this boat so the highest reasonable offer will get it.
