I would say it is a barn find but this mechanical wonder was being used as a safety patrol boat. It has all the mechanics, body and interior parts to make it a perfect up-dated Carlos Riva product. Lots of hours but when winterized and wrapped ran great only in need of oil changes and by now new batteries.
Description: 

This Monte Carlo Offshorer 30' was the creation of Carlos Riva and friends after the original Riva company was sold. Everything you see on this boat was designed and engineered with a great deal of thought and probably unlike anything you have seen before including the rear transom that opens into a stairway and the hidden compartments that give you easy access to lift the boat if you want to. Have you ever seen a step-hull on a twin v-drive inboard configuration with steering rudders located on the outside of the transom? This would be a great resto project which would be the talk of any harbor as it is one sharp looking boat.
