Monk Comfort 38

1982 Monk 38ft trawler only 9 made very well built boat. Pilot house sleeps 8 huge inside. Solid mahogany inside and solid holly and teak floor not laminated. Lehman's 4 cylinder diesel runs perfect just finished a 200 mile trip. It has 3500 hours. At 6 knots it uses about 1 gallon an hour. Needs some rail repairs and rub rail repairs. I have all the teak. It needs outside paint. It had two mast long gone no I don't have them. I have the stantions for life lines 3 need repairs. Never had water inside. That's all the pics. Two Marine airs need repairs and generator not working. i use a portable a/c unit. Sitting in Crystal River at Pete's pier covered slip fresh water manatee all over. Some cool people just bought the marina working on improvements you have a good chance on getting hard to get slip. Not a given. Great live aboard. She cruises fine like she sits. No salvage or insurance claims documented vessel. This is a chance of a lifetime. No stupid offers please. It is a usable boat as is, but it needs work thats why its so cheap.
