Mochi Electra

This a Custom built boat by Oren Cotton, Certified USCG boat builder, both in Seattle Wa, and Naples Fl. The hull is a 1989 Mochi Craft from Fano Italy, Now the Ferritti Group. The hull was brought to this country by Waters Adventures Group (WAZ) and transported to Cascade Marine Diesel, Seattle Wa. Were Orem Cotton began outfitting her in 1991. She was commissioned March 11, 1993. Hence 1993 Electra. She is of Italian Mediterranean design.This vessel does not use trim tabs, but can be install. The vessel uses specially designed chines port and starboard., Planning Hull/Multichines. Bottom of haul was reconditioned November 2017. The bilge is dry. Generator and heads recently serviced. Batteries were new in 2017. Comes with new horns, life jackets, new ropes, dock bumpers, t.ransom, beams and stringers are dry and intact.Electra with a bit of tlc would be a showcase on the water. This is a project boat I started on. We also have a survey that was done in September of 2017. Cosmetic items are about all that is left. Interior is still 1993.Electra is currently docked in Fort Myers, Florida. Makes for a beautiful water front condo for 4. Also have video of her as well in the water. Electrical System

- GENERATOR One 20 Kw, Onan generators located in engine room hour meter and mounted on silent blocks. Sound shield boxes, control panel and 12 V d.c. starter.

- SHORE POWER One 220V, 100A shore inlet placed on transom. Alternating current power sources run to the main electrical panel in lobby at helm

- BATTERIES Group of 24V gel batteries of 720 Ah, placed in engines room, for lighting, signaling, power source, electronics. 24V leaded batteries of 250 Ah for main engine starter. 12 V leaded batteries of 100 Ah for generator starter. Genset alternators will charger genset starter batteries

Fuel System

• Two aluminum tanks placed in engine room and one structural tank placed Aft: total fuel capacity 1000 gls.
• Each tank is provided with breather pipe and electric sensor for level monitoring.
• Visible fuel tank level is placed on the portside tank for the service tanks.
• Emergency manual pump.
• Double Racor filters for the pipe that connects day tank to main engines and singleRacor filters to generators
• Stainless steel, copper or rubber flameproof piping.

The hull was reconditioned in November 2017 by Andy Grant of Crusader boats in Moore Haven, Fl. Andy is a certified USCG Boat builder,We are currently having new Micro Commanders installed.Engines, were rebuilt in 2007, Starboard Engine was replaced, due to a ruptured oil line pass the pressure sensor, seized engine.Comes with working refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, built in blender, electric range top and oven, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with coffee.
