Medeiros Limestone 20 Cuddy

I'm selling my rare Limestone 20 Cuddy. This is a hand built boat with the same design today being built by Medeiros boats. A new Limestone 20 costs close to $100k. The workmanship on this boat is far superior to most boats built today. This is a freshwater boat that is ideal for Island cottagers or Great Lakes boaters. Limestone boats are noted for extremely good handling in choppy conditions. This boat is in extremely good condition for its age. The hull and topsides shine. The seats and v-berth cushions are free of rips and are clean. I recently installed a brand new Raymarine Dragonfly multi-function display ($1,000 installed). All gauges work. Running lights were upgraded to LED and moved to mid-ships to eliminate glare. There are docking lights and transom lights. There is a working VHF radio. There is a full top, including side curtains and back curtain. The tops are in excellent shape. Recently repaired all zippers. There are no leaks. Recently installed new Mercruiser shifter. Upgraded 4 barrel carburator produces circa 215 hp. Extremely fuel efficient engine. Cruise at 25 mph at 3,200 RPM. Top speed 37 mph. I recently replaced the drive shaft coupling, which entailed the removal of the engine and the drive. The drive was inspected and it is in good shape. The bellows were recently replaced. A compression test was done on the engine. The compression was low in one cylinder. The marina advised me that the engine will need a rebuild at some stage. It starts right away and I have been running it all summer with no issues. (Estimated cost for a rebuilt 4.3 litre long block: Michigan Motors $2,199 plus shipping, Performance Product Technologies $2,874, Mercury Remanufactured Engine with factory warranty $3,400.).
