FAST AND STABLE, GULL WING HULL DESIGN, THIS BOAT WAS ORIGINALLY RACED, POWERED BY A CHEVY 454 BIG BLOCK. THEN RETIRED FOR PLEASURE USE. THE ENGINE WAS LATER REMOVED AND SOLD. (ENGINE MOUNTS REMAIN ON THE STRINGERS). AND THE BOAT WAS MOTH BALLED IN 1996. AS YOU LOOK AT THE PICTURES YOU WILL SEE THAT IT COMES WITH A SINGLE AXLE TRAILER (LIGHTS NEED REWIRING AND NEEDS NEW TIRES). EQUIPPED WITH A LAST KNOWN WORKING DOMINATOR JET PUMP BUILT BY MAR-BUD ENTERPRISES, MODEL MB-12-S. THE LEFT SIDE GAS TANK WAS REMOVED DURING THE RACING DAYS FOR DRIVER WEIGHT BALANCE. THE RIGHT TANK IS MOUNTED ON THE BOAT. I HAVE THE ORIGINAL INTERIOR. HOWEVER IT IS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION. I SAVED IT TO BE USED AS A PATTERN. FOR THE AGE OF THE BOAT THE HULL IS IN GREAT CONDITION AND HAS A FEW VERY MINOR FLAWS THAT WILL NOT AFFECT THE PREFORMANCE. THE DECK IS SUN FADED BUT IS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE. I'M SURE A GOOD HIGH SPEED BUFFING WOULD BRING BACK THE SHINE. AS YOU WILL, SEE THE CARPET WAS REMOVED EXPOSING THE STRINGERS AND FLOOR SHOWING THEM TO BE IN GREAT SHAPE. THIS BOAT IS CURRENTLY REGISTERED, NUMBERED, AND HAS A CLEAR TITLE IN KENTUCKY, WITH NO BACK TAXES. I'VE RECENTLY SEEN JET BOAT HULLS IN SIMILAR SHAPE LIKE THIS MANTRA FOR SALE FOR OVER $3000.00. Love this design, good friend and desert riding buddy has an original gull wing and I probably dont have to tell you anymore. Talk about things thought not possible in a boat think again.
