Lil' HOBO CATARMARAN CRUISER WEEKENDER

Remodeled 1995 8.5' by 30' Lil' Hobo Catarmaran Cruiser Houseboat including a very good 2004 EFI50 HP4-StrokeMercury Motor as well as a heavy duty dual axle Bunk Style Trailer that was made specifically for this boat. We just refurbished it in our factory where we have been manufacturing Houseboats, Pontoon Boats and Pontoon Trailers for 20 years. This is a very trailerable houseboat that is road legal in all states and provinces. We recently drove it over 1000 miles on this trailer. The motor has low hours on it and is in outstanding condition. The previous owner paid $250 to have it tuned up this spring. Our mechanic thoroughly checked it out; but it didn't need to have any work done.We just took it for a test drive and itstarted right up and ran great!It easily pushed this houseboat along nicely.

This Lil HOBO WEEKENDER Model has all new siding inside and outside. We replacedthe cushions on the seats in the dining booth. The booth can be converted into a little bed. It has a matching sleeper sofa in the cabin. It has a little kitchenette in the cabin with a sink, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator.Everything in the kitchen is in good working order.There are some cabinets for storage and more storage under both seats in the dining booth. It has a stereo with a radio in it. There is a port-a-pottie in a little enclosed bathroom; but no shower. It has a duo unit air conditioner/heater in the ceiling. It is set up to connect to shore power. The cabin has a sliding glass door in front and an RV type door in the rear. It has several nice windows with screens. None of the glass is cracked.

There is a ladder up to the top deck and it has a good folding aluminum ladder attached to the back end of the boat to make it easy for swimmers and divers to get into the boat from the water.The cabin is 14 feet long.The front deck is 8' by 8' and the back deck is 8' by 6'. The roof can be used as an upper deck for sunbathing, etc.The height of the boat is 9'9" and it is 12' from the top of the roof to the ground with the boat on the trailer.
