This 1988 Lien Hwa flybridge aft cabin trawler powered by twin 350HP Caterpillar Diesels. The ANNA MARGHERITEs interior is all teak and has a nice layout. Her three staterooms and a large aft deck enclosed salon give plenty of room for entertaining with friends, family or business associates. The VIP stateroom forward has a full island berth and access to the head and stand alone shower. The guest stateroom just aft to starboard with upper and lower berths provides the extra sleeping quarter not found on most 48 footers. The galley and dinette are amidships as is a lower salon. Aft down a set of stairs is an extremely spacious master stateroom, boasting a near 15 ft beam with a king berth and private head and Jacuzzi tub. The mid salon is roomy and open with a 270 degree view, wet bar w/Norcold refrigerator and the windows throughout, accesses up a set of stairs to the aft to a large aft deck enclosed salon with a hard top. A large stairway accesses the large flybridge with plenty of seating and extended boat deck for the dingy. Aft the salon is the cockpit which allows easy access for dockhands to tie up or to disembark to the swim platform.

The vessel is equipped with Marine Air System - 3 zone digital reverse cycle heat/AC, two ice makers, Hier Washer/Dryer, Raritan Hot Water Heater 20 Gallons, Pressurized Water System 320 gal tank, Two Head Hunter electric heads with Septic Holding Tank.
