Good bones...just needs updating, TLC, Front and Back decks, 2 outboards, and a splash of touch up for the second store state room roof. Steel pontoons are good but I would sand and paint.I priced out doing the front/rear decks myself at less than 1000.00 combined.Outboards depending on size and condition can be a varied amount.** The side walk ways are good. ** Interior floor is good. ** Steel Pontoons are in good shape.** This Houseboat also has extra storage under the back deck...hugh add-on steal container between the pontoons for batteries and/or storage.** Tons and Tons of Front and Rear back space...great for large parties, groups, or dogs!
