This vessel was donated to a national charity

1970 Lang 31' Cabin Cruiser

Exterior is in good shape, clean and well taken care of

Interior needs some cleanup, pretty cluttered but functional

Motor is a 653 Detroit diesel - donor states motor runs/works fine

The transmission leaks fluid - donor said he uses it likes this and tops off as needed

Floor and deck seemed solid, could not find any soft areas when these photos were taken a couple of weeks ago

Boat is in water so prop could not be looked at - donor states VG condition

Fly-bridge controls and cabin controls are all in good working condition according to the donor

Electronics are in good working condition as stated by the donor

New bottom paint in 2014

6 boat stands will be included

Personal items as seen in photos will be removed by donor. Life jackets will remain

Boat will be sold with MA title - title will be at the marina and can be picked up with boat. Expenses are paid through terms of this listing - please note that delayed pickup on your part may incur marina fees that you will be responsible for and title will not be given to you until all fees are paid for (please reread this part if you plan to 'flip' this boat !!!)

Boat is in a marina in Lynn, MA and is not available for viewing

This boat will require either a professional boat hauler to move or removal/winter storage at marina - please plan for this expense. Boat stands will be included
