I have seen them go for over 35 grand in perfect condition. This is a sought after name brand with a following. You can cut the hull in half like a Boston whaler and it will still float and after seeing as many boats as I have sink on this river I can tell you thats a plus. The word sea in the name speaks the truth this is one of the few houseboats I would ever take to the bay and ocean. The boat engines turn over and comes as is.
