Description: 

1926 40 foot Lake Union Bridge deck purchased 2005. Complete restoration in 2008. 1999 Cummins Turbo Diesel 150 Hp. 5000 kw gen set installed but not hooked up. New Stainless driveshaft and rudder housing. Boat was hauled out in November of 2013 for repair on leak my boat guy got cancer and only did minimum work to leak (Still Leaking). rear boat has some damage from weather at haul out. Front batteries need replaced. Small boat shown needs some repair. Pictures with dingy on boat are pre haul out. Have original owner documentation on boat. Over 70k invested needs new home fast. needs hauled out two weeks from sale. Reason for sale my boat guy will not be able to work on boat and have no other options. Buyer responsible for transportation and shipping
