Jetmate

1990 Kawasaki Jetmate in great condition. Converted to a 750 big pin motor from a 98 STS, resealed and runs perfectly on a single carb premix setup. Also new fuel lines, custom made fuel pickup with stainless pickup tube and new pto sal/bearing block installed. These boats have a tendency to take on water in the hull foam this is why the marine access hatches have been installed as access to clean out the wet foam and also to allow drying of any water that may find its way into the sealed hull. Brass drains have been installed at the rear for the ability to drain if necessary. The original jet pump has a Solas 13/18 impeller installed which works well able to pull a tube with 2 adults onboard and hit the low 30s when not towing. The seats have been completely rebuilt with new foam (1-2 inches thicker than stock) and vinyl. The led nav lights and the running lights make the Jetmate completely legal for night running as it is classified as a boat. The original bilge pump has been replaced with a modern automatic that has worked very well. Other custom items are the custom snap on cockpit cover in Sunbrella ($600 ), bumpers seen in the pics made with snaps to fit this Jetmate as it sits low in the water and the marine usb charging port in the left rear storage pocket. This has been a great running boat and with forward/neutral/reverse very easy to maneuver for docking. It has never seen salt water but has been reliable enough for Lake Norman NC, Potomac river bays and the upper Hudson. It comes with an aluminum trailer with bunks custom made for the Jetmate, new fenders and jack and spare, at 550 pounds tows easily behind a small car. Title is transferable NY registration, no paperwork for trailer. $4200
