The ideal buyer will probably want to leave the boat docked there for their own use and eventually when ready to sell it, would flip from this Marina. Current owner had an offer for it 2 years ago for $100k and turned it down. Might be a great timeshare on which to go in with a friend. - the average price at the Marriott is about $500 a night where it is currently docked.
Current doc fees are $1000 a month for electric, water, and amenities!
This particular P.T. has the very rare three stateroom layout. The master stateroom is aft and offers a walk-around queen sized angled berth. To port is a very large vanity/make-up table with two mirrored doors which open into a nice sized shelved stowage area. There is a settee next to the master berth with loads of counter space between the vanity and the starboard side of the berth. The hanging locker is huge, all the doors and paneling are finished in a high gloss varnish, the soles are solid teak and holly with companionway lighting. At the head and side of the berth are two extra large opening portlights, which when opened along with the other 4 sliding portlights offer a superb cross breeze thru-out the entire master. There is access to the engine room below steps - fore and aft.
The master head is also very large and features an electric head, walk-in sit-down styled shower with hot/cold pressurized water, a white wash basin with vanity and lots of mirrors.
Just up a few steps you will find the spacious saloon with a built in "L" shaped settee, an adjustable cocktail/dining table, giant sliding windows, a complete teak wet bar including a newer U-line icemaker and a large counter top. There is 32" LCD TV. To starboard is a sliding door that leads to the very wide walk-around decks. Next to the starboard sliding door is the complete down station with Morse controls, radar, color sounder, air phone to bridge, marine stereo system by Cybernet and a beautiful teak and holly sole with companionway lighting, overhead lighting and behind valance decorator lighting as well. There is also an aft sliding door leading to the sundeck from the salon area.
The galley is down and features a 3 burner electric Princess stove and oven, a (new 2002)stand up over/under Norcold refrigerator freezer, a double stainless sink that is twice as deep as most, Samsung Microwave oven, lots of stowage and counter space. All the teak is finished in a high gloss and the sole in the galley is also of the teak and holly style.
Just starboard of the galley is the guest stateroom which has a full sized pullman styled berth with drawer stowage below; a secretary table with stool, a large mirror panel above the secretary that opens for access to to the backside of the ships electrical panel, a padded headboard and two adustable overhead reading lights. There is also a huge hanging locker, a large opening hatch and the same high gloss finish with beautifully rounded door tops. Forward to port is the day/guest head with walk-in sit-down shower, a white basin with hot/cold pressurized water, lots of mirrors and counter space and a large overhead opening hatch.
Foreward is the third stateroom that is of the "V" type with a filler to convert the 2 single berths into one large berth. A large overhead opening hatch above the bed, high gloss paneling against the soft white headliner gives you that "yacht feel". This stateroom has three large stainless portlights, port and starboard, which when opened really make the forward area of the boat very comfortable.
The aft deck is very good sized. It is big enough for a 5 piece dinette and a couple of chairs as well. It has a solid hardtop with recessed factory lighting, access to the swim platform with teak grid inserts and access to the bridge and oversized walk-around side decks. Up just a couple of short steps is the bridge with bench style seating for 3 adults forward of the pilot station and seating for 3 more adults on the port side of the bridge. The pilot station has two helm chairs and a air phone to the lower station. There is also access to the top of hardtop with special grab rails and a non-skid surface for safety. The top of the hardtop is an exceptional "sun spot". Another favorite "sun spot" is; on the bow, a very wide flat area with custom made deck grab rails. The bow deck also has a bow roller with a Bruce plow anchor and a Nilsson electric windlass.
