For Sale 1959 Jay Hawk 14' Boat with (2) 35hp Johnson Super Sea Horse motor. This fiberglass boat is original and has not been restored; it has the original seats, steering wheel, and controls. The trailer is a 1959 Tee Nee, I also was told one of the motors is a 1959. The other motor is late 60's or early 70's. I have had this boat and motors since 2008, always stored inside. The last time it was in the water was the fall of 2010. This spring I cranked the motor over, and it does fire but I cannot keep it running. The 2nd motor (including controls and electrical box) I got from a friend it ran when it was taken off his boat in 2008, but has been sitting in my shed since that time. I assume with both of these motors sitting so long they will need the carbs rebuilt, and a complete tune up. This would make a great boat to restore or use for fishing. Pictures taken in May 2016.
