This is a Jarvis Newman 36' lobster yacht that was finished by the Concordia Yacht Company.It is beautiful! Only reason for selling is that I am moving to a much larger yacht.She is 36' long x 11' beam x 3'4" draftThe hull is solid glass. The tanks and engine and generator and wiring and plumbing were all replaced and re-powered. Look at the photos and the pic of the hour meters hour meters. The Tanks are new aluminum, the engine is a turbocharged Yanmar diesel with electronic throttle. The gen set is a Norther lights. She has a Raytheon hydraulic autopilot, depth, handheld VHF, compass and safety gear. Look at photos. Has a Reverso oil change system, twin Racor filters, etc.. 2 build pumps, etc. Bette Fleming flag staff. Boat hook.I use a tablet computer for navigation which is not included.35lb CQR on a chain rope combo, life jackets, lines, a couple fenders, etc...Mast is off the boat, it has a soft spot in the heel which is being worked on.Aft deck is a true teak deck. Planks on frame. Needs sanding and bungs. The deck over the engine bay in the pilot house is new and of the one piece glued down teak type. The rest of the house is mahogany. Fiberglas over ply for cabin top and side decks.Has a new toilet with tank. Has a Paul Luke soapstone fireplace, a Paul Luke Heritage propane stove with oven, a large and well built ice box cooler, v-berth forward with shelves and hatch over, dinette, enclosed head (no shower) it is set-up for weekending. Has two large poly water tanks of about 60 gallons total, fuel tanks (2) are about 90 gallons each, All of the hardware on the boat is bronze either bare or with chrome over it. I run it at about 8.5-10 knots and it cruses with very little fuel consumption, it will go up to close to 16 if you are an idiot. This is not a race boat or a sport fisherman and it is not a planning design hull. Look at the pictures.The varnished transom is covered with solid teak planking over the fiberglass hull.If you have questions, look at the pictures. Navy ship china is not included.I have a low reserve on this because it needs to be sold.In the water now, running and being used weekly. Boat can be shown with an appointment on Saturday afternoon or Sunday mornings.Boat is currently insured for $75,000.This is primarily a wood boat so expect to deal with wood boat related issues such as scraping, painting and varnishing. If you are not into maintaining a classic wood boat then this vessel is not for you.Winning bidder is to pay a 10% deposit via PayPal within 24 hours of auction close. The form says to submit $2000 with your bid but you will be required to deposit 10% of the winning amount within 24 hours. There is a low reserve on it.Survey and sea trial must be completed within 10 business days of deposit. Failure to do so forfeits your deposit.Full balance to be paid by bank wire 3 business days after completion and your acceptance of the survey. Failure to do so forfeits your deposit. If survey is not acceptable and you want to cancel deal, if you provide a letter requesting so within 3 business days with the survey attached I will refund your 10% deposit. Boat needs to be removed from property within 10 business days of balance payment.
