This houseboat has provided us years of enjoyment as a floating condominium. We've upgraded the shower in the bathroom and renovated the kitchen galley appliances to allow for more space. Everything is functioning on this vessel but it will require 8 new inverter batteries. Have not used much over the past couple years so it's time to move it along to the next family.

We've always used professionals to maintain the vessel for preventive maintenance, fall winterization, spring start up and spring exterior cleaning.The Yamaha Wave Runner is in great condition and can be seen pictured on the PWC ramp and covered on the back of the houseboat. The Wave Runner received a new cover last season.
