Hydro-Cycle Barracuda (1968?) The Hydro-Cycle is a precursor to the JetSki. It is a small personal watercraft intended to be powered by an outboard motor.The hull appears to be in decent shape. The topside exhibits sun fading, weather damage, missing seat, fiberglass buckling/breakdown, missing or worn parts, rust, and other degraded conditions consistent with its age.
