This Yacht can be controlled from the steering station located in the cabin or from the spacious top bridge.Very comfortable and inviting rear screen deck area also has handy outdoor kitchen area.The bad news:Due to work obligations the owner has not been able to spend time on this boat for the last 2 years, and has reluctantly decided it is time to sell. This boat needs some serious cleaning and TLC. It is dirty, there have been some water leaks through the fiberglass staining the inside ( No mold), it needs new batteries, fresh gas, a new water heater (A small standard water heater from Home Depot or similar is ok.) The A/C unit needs a charge. There are some soft spots on the fiberglass. This is NOT a new, pristine yacht. It needs some TLC and attention to get it back to 100%.Nothing super expensive is needed, the big investment will be in time. This would be perfect for a person looking to live aboard cheaply.I will be spending time and money getting this boat back up to speed in March.If you are interested, get in touch NOW because if I have to do everything to this boat then: 1.
