Houseboat Must Sell 1983 42 FT Long X 12 FT Wide

Unfortunately we MUST SELL due to health reasons, make an offer.This houseboat is 42 feet long x 12 feet wide purchased 21 years ago from original owner/builder. This spacious boat has been our annual getaway every weekend possible for all these years as well as our summer vacation spot. Some of the many features are: Unique floor plan, very spacious front cabin Engine Volvo AQ125 4 cylinder inboard/outboard, runs well 115v/15amp and 12 volt power Sleeps 6 comfortably, mattresses replaced approx. 6 years ago 3 Heavy duty steel pipe pontoons All steel exterior cabin, steel roof which has been weatherproofed regularly (no leaks) On board fresh water tank Propane hot water heater tank 3 Burner propane stove Electric 120v fridge with freezer new in 2011 Microwave Washroom with toilet (new in 2010) and sink in one room Shower across the hall from washroom. Wood panelled interior, needs some TLC Front cabin renovated approx. 15 years ago, carpet, countertop and new ceiling Front and back decks replaced approx. 10 years ago Back deck overhead roof extended in 2001 All ropes, bumpers and anchors included Fire extinguishers, other safety items included Additional items negotiable.The front cabin includes a table that seats six but folds up to create an open cabin. There is also a recliner and bench. The bench pulls out to make a bed for two.All roman window blinds were custom made. The interior panelling needs replacing, there is water staining around windows which used to leak. We solved the leak issues by installing a flashing over each window. The boat is watertight and comfortable. Ceiling at rear of cabin needs replacing.SOLD AS ISThe boat will be at the dock for another few weeks and then will winterized if not sold.
