Rare antique 1970 Hobo 18' Houseboat for sale AS IS. No motor. This boat is a great PROJECT boat for someone who wants a one of a kind, extremely rare antique to travel the waters with. Roof heat and AC unit works, has a fresh water tank, partial kitchenette, sleeps four, and only takes 11 inches of water to float!! Does need stringers replaced and some deck work. Transom is good (we had a 350 pound motor on it) and the factory rates it to handle up to a 150 motor. With some time and effort you can be the envy of everyone on the river. Empty weight on the boat is only 1900 pounds. Comes with an aluminum Float On trailer, torsion axles in very good condition. For more info, call me at phone. NO Texting as I do not respond to text. Price is $2500 CASH ONLY or best REASONABLE offer. No trades, have too much stuff now. For sale in multiple sites. First with the money gets the boat and trailer. I presently have a 78 in usable condition. might consider this as a rental if I can get a kitchen clearance. It an eight hour drive for me, make it nine with fuel and food. How are the hubs, bearings and tires.....so I know what to bring.

FYI it is a Pawson hobo....was used in the keys in the 70's as an island hopper,,,,where it got its nick name I can be texed at *** I have a secure line.
