Hi Star

I have for sale a 1987 Hi Star 48 Convertible. This is a project boat but is complete with all drivetrain. It sank in the storm after hurricane Sandy up to the headliner. The flybridge didnt get wet. The engines are 3208TA cats with 425 HP. The condition of the engines and trans is unknown. This is a project boat i bought to rebuild but cant at this time. This is stored on the hard in Seabright, NJ. I inspected the boat and it is very solid. The props, rudders and flybridge have been removed for transport. Thedimensionsare: Length 50.0', Height 14.0' (with bridge removed), beam is 14.2'. Weight is 38000 lbs. I have many pictures and videos of the boat. To answer a few questions in bulk the engine room is a walk in. The stairs lift up and you walk right in. This is a 2 stateroom and 2 heads layout. The railings are all 1" stainless steel. All the decks are solid with no soft spots. The props, rudders and shafts are not damaged.To answer afew more questions in bulk: The boat is ready to ship now. All the glass is in good shape. All the doors and windows open and close like they should. The boat will float if the rudders arere-installed. My low dollar price is 13900.00. The boat is Coast Guard Documented. I have all paperwork for transfer. These boats in useable condition range in price from phone00. Thats usable. Their worth more with new engines ect.The motor are 425 horsepower EACH.
