Ok why so cheap???

The boat was a rental boat and has been well maintained... The motor was just serviced by certified mechanic but has been giving me an overheat alarm when idling over 8 or 9 minutes... It is perfectly fine otherwise and if I turn key off and restart it it's fine... If it idles at over 1000 rpm no alarm... I can live with this problem but I can't rent it... The last time it was checked it had 450 hours. I would assume it has just under 500 now..

The boat has soft spots in the floor that have been there since I have owned it and have not bothered performance at all...
