Halter Marine Mark MOD II

Rarity is often oversold. However, we believe this Halter Marine Mark II fast attack boat is the only vessel of this type in private ownership. Originally destined to become a military museum exhibit, the funding dried up and so we have this boat up for sale. Of course the government engaged in a DEMIL process with a forklift and chop saw. Thankfully they did not perforate the hull below the water line. The openings were "clean cut" back to solid kevlar in anticipation of repairs.The hull then received a base layer of paint as prep for final repairs. Obviously this will fall to someone else to complete.Most running gear has been removed. Note that trim tabs, radome and radome mast shown in the photos have been removed and placed on another renovation. In short...yes, it could be rebuilt and put in the water. That would not be a small undertaking. But no major restoration of a high performance boat ever is.Save this unique craft from the recyclers. Motivated for prompt sale.
