52' 1979 Goldcoast ( Harbor Master design ) Fiberglass Coastal Houseboat powered by twin 3208 Cat diesel engines (819 original hours),8KW Kohler generator (hours unknown), bar/galley with stove top,oven,microwave and full size refrig/freezer. Forward stateroom with head and shower. Aft area can be used as second stateroom or lounge and has another full head with shower. Two water cooled marine AC units and a Vacu-Flush toilet system. Bow pulpit with anchor and windlass. Boat is in state of being refurbish,carpet and furniture has been removed . Engines are pickled and winterized due to partial water intrusion into engine room and lower cabin area.
