This Mahogany Gentleman's Racer was built by an experienced woodworker over a three year period. It was stretched to 18' 9" to allow for a forward seating area. The frames, stringers, and all other structural pieces are African Mahogany. Deck, sides, and transom are African Mahogany over Okoume marine plywood. Built with West System Epoxy and everything completely encapsulated insure no leaks. She is powered by a low hour 350 cu.in. fuel injected inboard V8 developing 310 HP. Top speed is over 50 MPH. "Scooter" has appeared in many ACBS and Classic Boat shows over the last five years, only being judged twice, and winning two awards. She gets on plane quickly and runs at any speed as though on rails. Must sell as another boat is under construction. I have many other pictures and videos .
