Many spider cracks in gellcoat. Floor has a soft spot. Engine is not seized but has not run in a long time. Probably needs a new floor. No rubrails or windshield. Seats need to be re-upholstred. Metal fittings are all there. Engine controls and electric relay box are there but no ignition key.
