My wife and I bought this boat in October of 2014 as a live aboard, needs a little elbow grease and TLC. We were in process of repairing the Chrysler 318 engine when we ran into financial complications. We replaced the Dayna out drive with a working one, new seals and changed some bearings, painted and prepped it and the bottom of the boat for salt water of San Bablo Bay. Windows need to be sealed, the back deck was ok until the cross board was removed to extract the bad engine, now feels unstable underfoot- should be ok with a little bracing and repair of that upper cross beam that the compartment doors rest on. We purchased a rebuilt engine that was supposed to turn standard, after cleaning, replacing or repairing the needed parts to match back up to the drive and the boat......it turns reverse....time and money lost. A new block is about $2500 with about another $2500 to finish the install.

Boat has an electric hot water heater. Hardwood floors installed inside as well as floor braces replaced. Cuddy cabin has wood look linoleum. Each system (scan flush, bilge pumps, etc) has its own battery and trickle charger set up. Registered for 2015
