2004 Fairline Phantom 40 M/V Fly Bridge Cruiser Yacht

Really in excellent condition. Very well maintained by experienced yachtsmen who invested in her maintenance and upkeep. Always washed and serviced regularly. Fire her up and go!

Located in Clear Lake, Texas. Owned by the 2014 past commodore at Houston Yacht Club. Have purchased a Grand Banks 47 EU and are cruising. Don't need two boats! Purchased Shadowfax in 2009 from the original owner and have cruised in it from Ft. Lauderdale to South Padre Island. A recent survey (May 2015) values the vessel at $199,000. Vessel was quick-hauled in July, 2015 and bottom and zincs are in good condition.
