Sale information for 2004 Fairline Phantom 40 M/V Shadowfax

Located in Clear Lake, Texas. Current owner is a past commodore at Houston Yacht Club. They have recently purchased a Grand Banks 47 EU and are cruising, so they would like to sell their previous boat. They purchased Shadowfax in 2009 from the original owner and have cruised in it from Ft. Lauderdale to South Padre Island. A recent survey (May 2015) values the vessel at $199,000. Vessel was quick-hauled in July, 2015 and bottom and zincs are in good condition.
