This is one of those opportunities that do not happen often. Those that know the Elite Craft line already realize this is one of the finest appearing vessels ever built. It is a 1987 all fiberglass vessel that captures the beauty and timeless elegance of wood. The caulking lines are not painted or taped, but rather while gel coat. This model, the Riviera, is the flagship of the Elite Craft line. It was advertised as the boat for individuals that seek luxury and quality when the very best is second nature. They are built with uncompromising commitment to craftsmanship and pride; using only the finest materials with 500 inspections for quality assurance. Each screw was carefully aligned and hand polished.. It embodies the classic lines of the runabouts built in the early 50's. It starts, shifts and runs without a flaw. The original hours are about 380. When built the company included an Halon fire extinguisher system, demonstrating the commitment of offering only the best. It has a speedometer, tach, depth sounder, fuel and oil pressure gauge and battery charger. The rudder position gauge does not work. There is a radio and CB installed. It came with a cooler in its own compartment under the dash. The upholster is in very good condition as the photos show, with no rips or tears. The chrome is all shiny. The ski pull option is on this boat. In the photos you will see it has a full cover, and two cockpit covers. The burgundy cover was made last summer with zippers for ease of access and installing the cover. The tan cover is the original. Also, it has the original anchor that kept under the seat. It has the original flags and poles, however, the stern flag pole got broke last summer and will need repair. It has the Ford V8 Commander engine that produces 260 h,p., witch effortlessly pushes this boat. The motor is fresh water cooled, so you are not circulating the lake/sea water through the block for cooling, but rather has circulating antifreeze through the system. The exhaust is raw water cooled. This is an absolutely beautiful vessel that gets looks, thumbs up and asked about wherever it is taken. To fully appreciate this remarkable vessel, here is a link that describes all that went into the manufacturing of this piece piece of water art. If you go to you tube and type in elite craft you will see the pride of ownership for these vessels. Included is a virtually new, expensive, Venture aluminum trailer manufactured in 2012 and titled in 2013. It is equipped with highly desirable fold back tongue for garage storage. The brakes are hydraulic, with upgraded wheels. The lighting is led. If you would like to see additional photos, provide me with your e-mail address and I will send them along. The only reason we are selling this classic is because we are moving to Florida from Michigan and do not want to expose it to the salt water and sun.
