ITEM DESCRIPTION DETAILS

This 1978 Ebko fiberglassti-hullis a used boat in need of some TLC. The overall exterior condition is good for a 37+ year old boat. As you can see from the pictures, one of the windows needs to be replaced. The paint is dull and somewhat faded. The interior is best viewed in the pictures. The owner describes the condition as "good" with somemildew and some of the seams are split.

This auction does include both the boat and the trailer. PLEASE NOTE that the trailer is not functioning (tires may not hold air - see pictures).

A$299.99 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The balance is due IN FULL within three (3) days of the end of the auction. All payments must be made via Paypal. If either of these payment deadlines are not made, ItsDonated reserves the right to cancel the purchase with the high bidder and may, at its discretion, offer a second chance price to the next highest bidder or immediately re-list the item.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is the responsibility of the purchaser and purchaser must take physical possession within seven (7) days of the end of the auction. Purchaser is solely responsible for arranging the local pickup of this item. The donor and ItsDonated will not provide any delivery options. Donor will make the item available for pickup. If the purchaser or purchasers agent fails to take possession of the item within the 7-day time frame, the purchaser is liable for any costs donor may incur for storage and/or moving the item to a longer-term storage facility. Purchaser is responsible for vessel transport including, if applicable, providing a functional trailer and people to move vessel.

TAXES and FEES

Purchaser is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes and/or fees associated with the purchase, registration, title transfer or licensing of this item. Please check your local tax obligations before bidding.
