Duratech

Now here is a vintage classic that you don't run across very much these days, especially in this condition. These amazing little runabouts are super collectible and a whole lot of fun and very pricey when restored. This 14 foot aluminum boat is a 1959 Duratech Sealine made in Peekskill New York. They are like the Airstream of the aluminum boat world. This little beauty spent much of it's time on Lake Zoar in Connecticut. It was in the same family for many generations and you can only imagine the first hot days of summer and jumping into this little boat for a day of water skiing, fishing, sunning and high adventures on the lake. We had purchased this boat several years ago with intentions of restoring it back to all her glory but unfortunately never got around to it. It comes with everything shown, cover braces, windshield, and trailer. This does need some tlc but mostly just cosmetic. Needs a new steering wheel and seats or cushions. Trailer is a 1970 14 foot galvanized Model S15 Shoreline. It is solid and ready to tow to her new home. So if you are looking to relive your youth of summer days on the lake or are looking to create life long memories with the newer generation coming up, why not do it with this fantastic little boat. Cant you just picture yourself pulling up to the launch with this vintage classic. Sure there are other aluminum boats out there and for less money but you can bet not many are Durtech.
