and I have no Trailer for this house boat its 40 feet long and had a 10 foot beam.

I have a 1967 Houseboat with no engine or trailer its 40 feet long with a 10 foot beam. I have spent the last two months doing my best to replace as much rotted wood as possible unlike the way I received it. It took me two months to rip down the back overhang and totally replace it.

The bottom of the boat is incased in fairlythick aluminum unlike most pontoon boats.

I am moved out of California and need this vessel removed it is accumulating dock fee's. Boat comes with aPropane Stove, Couch, recliner, Refrigerator, Hot Water Heater shower and bathtub and a Vizio 42 inch LCD.

I loved owning this boat for the last six years it is the most incredible feeling like you are inside and outside at the same time with the front and back door open. I have taken some incredible naps with the cool wind blowing on me as I lay down on the couch.

I have put over 3000 dollars in building materials and hired help to trying make this boat worthy of a new owner. The Boat is located at Swabbies at the Metro Marina and needs to be removed at from the spot.
