Drifter House Boat

hello...im selling this nice house boat for a friend...its located in smyrna tenn...percy priest lake/steel hull with new paint/generater/queen sized bed and two bunk beds/bath room/kitchen/living quarters/flybridge controls and in cabin controls.new wood floors and recently painted bottom.as well as the engines gone over by a pro mechanic..it stays in the water year round there..it can be seen and inspected at Fate sanders marina there...a neighbor has the key to it....owner is living in ohio now...he states it has a heating and cooling system but that its not hooked up at this time..but surely could be....his ph number is phone randy is his name.... it could be trucked to a different location or just kept at the dock its in now....he has kept up with dock payments...of 265.00 a month...no back log of bills to be paid....it would make a great live aboard for much less than rent at a boring appartment somewhere....and a much warmer winter than in the north!!
