Up for sale is a 1996 Dream Cruiiser Houseboat.. Very good condition. Tri-axle trailer with 2 spare tires and rims. Sleeps approx. 6. Couch folds out to bed. Table converts to bed. Bunk under bow. Refrigerator, sink, stove and bathroom. Gas Grill. Has upper fly bridge. Can be driven inside or on top. Previous owner removed the water tank. Water can be pumped from Lake or you can replace the water tank. Portable waste tank for emptying sewage and gray water at dock. Has DVD player and Radio and Marine Radio. Electrical is Solar powered or by 110 AC. It has 5 deep cycle batteries. Boat is powered by a Volvo Penta 135 hp I/O which was replaced in 2005. Also has a Yamaha 9.9 Tillar motor. Boat is located at the town of Fly in South Eastern Ohio. I have owned it since October 2014. Reason I am selling is I bought a house on the lake and don' need it now.
