2000 Design Concepts River Angler 18 Center Console Jet Boat.Boat is technically an 18 ft but measures from bow to transom closer to 19 ft.Hours on boat, engine and pump are 249.2 hrs. This boat has been completely redone inside and out; it's second only to a brand new boat. Here is a little history on the boat.I bought the boat from its second owner in 2013. Anyone that has owned a Design Concepts boats knows that the factory didn't put the best clear over their factory zolatone job. When I bough the boat, the clear coat on the interior zolatone was about 50% flaked off and in some places the zolatone was coming off. Upon closer inspection, the factory shoot the zolatone over bare aluminum. After some time, I decided to undertake a restoration project.Everything was removed from the boat, engine, console, wiring, floors, everything but the pump and fuel tank. I had the entire boat inside and out soda blasted down to bare aluminum. After a etch sand and acid etch, the complete inside and outside was shot with etching primer, then two coats of epoxy primer then zolatone (base gray with white, black and dark gray speckle) on the inside and sealed with clear. The paint on the outside is a single stage Sterling Gray Metallic. The vinyl graphics include the CF number, logo on each side with a smaller logo on the stern which are all matte black. The color scheme I was going for was a dark/lite grays and matte black so you'll see that theme through out the boat. After interior and exterior paint, the boat was reassembled; here are some of the highlights:New main battery is a new Optima Bluetop D31M, trolling motor batteries are group 27 Les Schwab Marine/RV Deep Cycle 27;New anodized aluminum console panel with all new gauges, switches and breakers;New (3) Bentley Marine Captain Seats with "Design Concepts" logo stitched into seat that sit on aluminum storage boxes (3);New marine grade plywood floors with new Nautolex Marine Vinyl in shark grey with all stainless fasteners;New bilge pump, all new fuel lines, water lines, exhaust hose, everything that was rubber hose was replaced throughout;New rod storage holders;Engine, pump & other equipment/mechanical stuff -The engine is a 351W by Redline Maine with a new Holley 4160 650 cfm carburetor. Engine has closed cooling with heat exchanger. This engine was rated at 316 HP but has been upgrade with a roller cam, harden push-rods and aluminum roller rockers. The engine spins a American Turbine SD-309 with an A impeller with an upgraded bucket. WOT is 4600-4800 RPM @ +/- 50-52 mph, cruise is 2600-2800 @ 25-30 MPH depending on water conditions. The trolling motor is a Minn Kota Powerdrive 65-lb trust with autopilot;Charging system for the trolling motor batteries is a Minn Kota MK 2 DC Alternator on-board system.Boat or trailer have never touched salt water. The trailer is a 1994 Fourwinds, was originally a surge-brake equipped trailer but the system was removed by the person that I purchased the boat from. Trailer could use some paint but otherwise is a solid trailer.Trailer has a salvaged title, reason unknown. No structural damage or repairs to trailer visible. Trail is solid with no issues. There's a list of incidentals that is just too long to list that come with this boat. You can have as much or as little of the remaining materials I have from the project. Example: probably have enough vinyl remaining to do the floors again.Free and clear title in hand. Sold as is where is. Boat is located in Martinez, CA.
